Diagnostic Evaluation

If positive, is followed by an in person office visit and consultation during which additional history is obtained and a thorough physical examination completed. All previous diagnostic work up is sought and reviewed.

Multiple modalities in concert to achieve the optimal relief of chronic pain. These modalities include, medication management, physical therapy & rehabilitation, dietary consultation and management and more.

Interventional Techniques

This refers to the use of pain injections or other interventional therapies to achieve the goal of pain reduction. Therapies include trigger point injections, cervical and lumbar facet injections, peripheral joint injections and more.

Medication Management

This is accomplished after a thorough evaluation process that has determined that this approach is reasonable and could achieve the desired goal.
